The experience
I have had good service from Potrero,and , I have also had 2 experiences of their not being able to either find the product ordered or it had been sold from another site ..that surprised me..they use alternative vendors who have multiple sites and sell the same products. Few discounts after product being on the site for a while has discouraged me from purchase..no incentives for good customers. Also, using only standard delivery for the post office and no 2 day special deliveries. I also got a bag from Japan with no authorized paperwork for the domaine of the bag. Not having any customer contact available during the weekend is also a minus because of the question of whether my order was accepted or just being held in the cloud. I have gotten a few items with no issues and pleasant service when I did get a representative.
