All I can say, even after spending thousands with this retailer, is that they don't stick to their word, they don't honour their responsibility and communication is poor. Will it stop me from buying from them? No! but make sure you protect yourself with your credit card who will resolve issues relating to damaged parcels, missing deliveries and dead on arrival product that they say they will refund but do everything they can to put the blame on the buyer - despite clear evidence
