Signing up was very easy and straightforward. For some reason their payment processor didn't like my debit card or my physical address or something. I contacted live chat and the agent was very helpful. The agent was zola and worked very hard to resolve my problem and i am now awaiting on billing to send me a new invoice with a different payment method.
