I, living in Finland, bought a 6" Cubot Max Octa-core Android Phablet from Efox, Germany. I got it promptly. Good. I liked the phone very much, but, unfortunately it got broken. It happens sometimes, and it was NOT the seller's fault. From Efox I got instructions where and how to send the phone to be repaired in China. I sent it. It took some time, understandably, but I got the phone back. Now it is working perfectly, and even the battery had been replaced with a new one. Great service. Thank you, Efox. I have previously bought two other phones from Efox, and they are still working just fine. Will buy again from these guys.
