Worst service i ever had in my live.
Email answers not more as 5 words from noobs. In this shop,you get all the time different answers ... with their warranty and shipping infos.Warranty? Yes...if you have up to 9 months time to get your HW back! In my case, i shipped the handy two times and both times i have gotten it back unrepaired! You think you get "new item,proofed working?"...you go very wrong! And you have to send back new not working items for your money to china, from whereever they had shipped it to you. They dont care about, whos fault it has been.YOU pay that fault for shure! Cruely support,every time signed up from the same person.This supporter...and they have only one... doesnt know what she is doing, cause with these couple of wrong informations, let me think, that this company will not hold what they promised in their privacy policy. NEVER AGAIN
