Not recommended
Not recommended – serious damage and poor quality We placed a trial order of 7 modular container kits from Dongyang Changen Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. The goods were paid in full in advance and were expected to arrive as new and undamaged products. After delivery, we found significant damage to several components, especially the wall panels and aluminium profiles. Some sandwich panels were severely damaged, with the outer metal sheets separating from the insulation. Several profiles were also heavily scratched, dented or deformed. Because of the damage, 2 of the 7 container kits can no longer be sold as new products to our customers. We documented the damage with photos and videos and submitted the evidence to the supplier and Alibaba. Unfortunately, we did not receive a satisfactory solution. The compensation offered was far below the actual loss and costs caused by the damaged goods. This was a trial order because we were considering significantly larger future orders if the quality was satisfactory. Unfortunately, our first experience did not meet our expectations. Our experience: significant transport damage, quality problems and an unsatisfactory solution to the complaint. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this supplier.
