Although my issue was resolved via email, I’m grateful to Mike for being courteous, understanding and supportive of my concern. He confirmed that the items were returned, offered me additional items, but I requested a full refund. He wasn’t persuasive in trying to encourage me to purchase something else, but honored my request for a refund. Thank you Mike.
