delivery date subject to change without notice
I ordered a Christmas gift on the 16th and delivery date was set to be before Dec. 23. On Dec. 20 I was sent the tracking number - the next day the tracking showed a delivery date of Dec. 27. The customer service person on the phone just kept repeating that delivery dates can't be guaranteed after the item is shipped and that there was no way to cancel the order or change shipping speed. I won't be using this company again - there are plenty of other places that DO ship and have items arrive on the date specified.
