Pathetic
Pathetic, very bad policies of red bus. I have taken free cancellation and the table showing I can cancel the ticket till the boarding time without and charges. However in small letter below the table is say 6 hour before the departure time you will get full refund else nothing will be given. This is misleading customer. And when you call they simply say you need to cancel 6 hours before. Should never book bus from redbus go for other applications.
