BEWARE - SCAM COMPANY
I purchased what looked like a 4d ornament. When it arrived it was a cheap piece of plastic which had been printed on. When I complained, they said they would send a better quality item but I would have to pay a further £15! As I had already paid for what I thought was their top quality item there was no way I was going to be scammed any further. I managed to negotiate a partial refund and threw the item away as it was complete rubbish. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from Swangift. They are just another cheap scamming company. My advice ( like so many others) - DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM!!

If you want a piece of cheap plastic, shop with Swangift!
I ordered what I believed to be a 4 dimensional ornament. I received a piece of flat plastic with our picture printed on it in cartoon style. The stand supplied will not even keep the item upright but leans at an angle. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH! Should have read the reviews first. Please don’t throw your money away by purchasing from this company! In addition, it took a month to deliver which missed the birthday date I bought it for. I had to put one star as it won’t accept Zero stars which is what it deserves.
Since posting this review, Swangift have contacted me on Trustpilot offering to help sort the situation, in a separate email direct to me they have asked for a further $15 to send a replacement. How much of a sucker do they think I am ?!!!!
