been with panda 11 days as new customer, found them online looking for better rates as Ria my usual go to for remittances was having phone app issues i thought i would try panda remit. the phone app seems pretty advanced and latest but it lacks in customer service, first they do not reply right away if having issues which is the first thing you will encounter whenever you start with new remittance company, they delay your transfer due to verification, their system is made for asian customers and their usual way of entering your receiver or recipient info is different than what you put here in the west so when you think you have entered everything correctly there will be issues because of this. bottom line Panda has great rates and their fees not so bad, i still dont like their debit card fees in top of the sending fees, i still havent figure if that is how they make their money back even though their exchange rates are good or maybe they just use your money in the stock market while they keep you waiting for your transaction to be completed
