Shameful lack of customer support
Bought one of their phones on Amazon; a few months later the battery stopped working properly and I was told to contact Blackview customer support. After exchanging emails, screenshots and detailed reports for 10 days, they came up with "restart the phone"! The next advice was to contact the "seller" (AKA they could not care less). The worst customer service ever
