Dr Kelly has been great and the devices work fine. I have trouble with my iPhone - I hear fine, but others can't hear me speaking - FRUSTRATED. Contacting Yes Hearing for input or advice not timely
Starkeys work great - except for a few glitches in contacting Yes Hearing for advice.
