I'd Rather Perform My Own Dental Surgery
NB. Rangemaster has contacted me asking for correspondence and serial numbers from products six years ago! They didn't take any interest at the time! It's without doubt an effort to discredit my review in order to have it removed. Read on....... In 2020 I bought a range, cooker hood, kettle, fridge freezer and toaster. The toaster and kettle were dead in two years. The cooker hood failed after two and half years. This week the fridge compartment failed. I called Rangemaster seeking a paid-for repair only to be passed off to its "partner" Pacifica. Now I have no idea what function or purpose serves because it fobbed me off to a call centre in India and the girl there, with the predictable fake British name, was as much use as clogs on a mouse. Rangemaster's products are by any measure overpriced and under quality and its customer support is even worse. I've ordered a new fridge freezer from a manufacturer with a decent reputation. I'd rather undertake my own dental surgery than buy Rangemaster appliances again. You work hard for your money, learn from my errors.
