The worst customer service
The worst customer service in the world. Don't even bother if you are thinking about contacting them. Waste of time !!! I contacted after exhaustive searches to find the part from other sources. Here is the worthless response for obtaining a very specific charging cable. Sorry for any inconvience. There are so many distributors from different platform,they responsible for their client's phone problems. Please contact the seller directly to deal with it.
