etravelesim canceled and refund after our phone didn't support esim
My wife purchased an esim from etravelsim. After payment she tried to install the esim and found out that her phone doesn't support the specific esim (it does support esim in general). She reached out to etravelsim and asked to cancel the purchase and receive a refund. The company wrote back that they don't refund. After some discussions the company agreed to fully refund.
