Flawless
Bought a Z11 Max on Grossoshop. The order & shipping was carried out without a problem. Notification on delivery status is on a professional level.
The phone had the unlocked bootloader and the correct twrp recovery was already flashed, which made the whole process of installing Combo Rom quite easy. Grossoshop rom was not bad, but i like to experiment.
Never tried 2-year warranty and hopefully i won't have to:) but from what i heard, this is much better handled than by other sellers, who sell chinese phones. So far it's been a great experience with grossoshop. Prices are a bit higher then the competition, but makes sense with this kind od great communication and a 2-year warranty. Can only recommend grossoshop.

Zuk Z2 After Sale service catastrophy
I bought a Zuk Z2 and after a month it stopped charging. I was only using the original one. Tried many and the same result.
When i tried to contact them i got no response for weeks. After paypal dispute, they finally answered. So i payed 38€ to send the device to China. After 2 months they can't find my parcel in their warehouse. Really??
And because of that they offered me a used device???? in god knows what condition or 120€ efox Coupon. I payed 205€ for the device plus postage.
So now after i told them only a new unit is acceptable or a full refund of the price i payed - also considering i already lost 38€, they will probably go silent. So if you're tempted to buy something on Efox - take my advice and don't. A horrible attitude and a non existing after sale service. Should be barred from doing any business in Europe.
Update: After i see it is impossible to communicate with the seller i reluctantly agreed they send me a used device. Even though i'm losing money again. And this is what they offered to send me instead of a Snapdragon 820 Zuk Z2 worth 200€:
Lenovo A300T
Cubot S168
UMI X3
All of them together are not worth 200€ and they are used.
So there you go. Another low, they're making fun of their customers.
I wonder if there is a legislation in place to sue them. Even though they are based in Shenzen, they have a company in Hamburg, Hmmmm
