Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. Order was delayed so I cancelled as the item was due to arrive after the event. The confirmed the cancellation and refund. I never received my refund. I then had an email confirming shipment. I emailed again to say the order had been cancelled etc. The told me that there was a communication error due to staff quarantined at home because of the corona virus (I wonder how many times they used this excuse on others). Said it was too late and there will be no refund. Not sure how they are allowed to trade as they clearly are just scamming people. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL
