Have used a few other HR Portals and this one actually works. It is perfect for Singapore. They have everything you need for the Singapore market and they have responsive customer service if you need more features. Its pretty affordable for an SME as well.
I've used Vodien for years - mostly to buy domains. They are still rather premium priced for SG domains. Previously, we used exabytes for hosting and it was slow and totally unusable. So we switched our site hosting to Vodien around 3-4 years ago. In the very beginning it was pretty okay, but around 24 months ago something changed significantly for the worst. Any time you call them about it, the problem is never on their side, its always on your side. Since then, the vodien team calls me every 2 months or so to upsell me on some hosting, totally misrepresenting what they are selling or what problem they've found with my current service. After they call and I don't agree to their service, my site slows down completely unusable and I have to go through 30 more emailswith their customer service to get things 'working' again. I've told them I do not ever want to hear from them in a sales capacity, ever. They still call me. The final straw was at the beginning of February 2024 I got an email saying that there were items in my basket that I would "...lose if I didn't complete the checkout soon". I went in to see that someone had added about 15 items in my basket for around $700 SGD. They admitted one of their sales people did this by accident and that they were very sorry. Later that week, the items were missing from my basket, meaning someone had gone back in and removed them from my account. That is it for me - I'm looking at a hosting plan that will cost 15% the price of their and actually works and I can scale up as needed instead of in large unnecessary data purchases. I've emailed the team at vodien to escalate my concerns to their management multiple times this month and the sales guy (Rene) just wants me to call him instead. I'm not even sure there is a management team at Vodien or if its just some shell company that has its entire staff in the Philippines. I don't trust the team at vodien and they don't have your best interest in mind. If you are looking for Singapore TLD's this is a decent place to get them, but they are priced very high. Watch out for charges to your account that you did not buy. Do not set things up for auto-renewal. Buyer Beware.
