DHGATE- Don't trust them
DHGATE Do not buy from this site, I purchased three items from one seller and received not one of them, however DHgate still released funds to them even though delivery had not been confirmed. They admitted that seller gave false tracking info,seller had 15 out of 20 sales with non-delivery comments from other buyers with same outcome. To safeguard buyers money they say they don't release funds until buyer confirms they have received and are satisfied with item. Now they are refusing to refund my money and are asking me to contact seller, even though they no longer operate on their site. How is it that this seller was allowed to get away with this not once but 15 times and they only made 20 sales - as there was only 15 negative feedback and no positive I presume the other 5 have yet to comment
