The cookies were not being delivered to a patient
I have no idea how the birthday gift box of cookies was because FedEx apparently didn't deliver them to the right address, as there is no one on staff at the Buffalo VA Medical Center with the name of the person who signed for them. The cookies were not being delivered to a patient, so I hope whoever got them, enjoyed them. My daughter works at the VA as a supervisor in the Mental Health department. Jeff Fonner doesn't work in the mail room he works in the warehouse and why didn't he take the initiative to get the delivery made? I'm done with this, Just give me a refund
