I own a property in Cheshire, and over the course of 10 years, TruGreen contacted me repeatedly, trying to earn my business. Eventually, I decided to give them a chance. At the time, my lawn had a few weeds, but overall it was in decent condition. After just one year of TruGreen's service, my lawn was completely destroyed. The grass died, leaving dry, dead patches that even attracted snakes hiding in the dead grass—something I had never experienced before. I contacted TruGreen several times to report the problem. They sent technicians out on multiple occasions, promising to fix the lawn, but nothing they did made any difference. The condition of my yard continued to get worse. It became so bad that my neighbors started joking about it, saying, "We don't even use a lawn service, and our lawn looks 100 times better than yours." Based on my experience, TruGreen made promises they never delivered on. I trusted them to improve my lawn, but instead, it ended up in far worse condition than when they started. I cannot recommend their service.
