2 months waiting and not got the phone I wanted
I decided to buy on e-fox because of the good experience my boyfriend and dad had buying in total 6 phones there. After 3 weeks i ordered a LeEco Le Max with shipment from china and heard nothing, i contacted the customer service and the answer was that it still had to be manufactured!! So i had to choose another one. I chose another one which was available on the website but also this one couldn't be shipped. Guo proposed another LeEco (a bit cheaper) and i finally agreed... I waited two weeks more and asked again about the status of my phone. DHL "zollfrei" shipment condition had changed and they wanted me to transfer 22 euros more. At the end we agreed on 8 as the new phone was 15 euros cheaper than the previous one. Now the phone arrived with a shipment from Singapore to Frankfurt in about one week but i haven't had the chance to see the phone yet as i live in Switzerland. Conclusion: don't pay with credit card but with PayPal as within one month you can claim your money back. Website is not up-to-date, no way to speak at the phone with customer service, just mails
