The plastic iron on image of my 'dog' is beyond poor quality, just a black scrunched up blob, no detail of my dog, also there are no paw logos on the sleeves. also the colours are not what I ordered. This does not represent the images on their website.
I have sent Kespire's customer services details and photos of my sweatshirt and asked for a full and immediate refund.

I only wished I read the reviews before I ordered
I ordered a personalised sweatshirt in November as a Christmas present, website said up to 15 days delivery. I have had to chase this order many times. I was asked for postage, when I asked for a refund they showed me a photo of the sweatshirt, said I had paid postage and was promised it would arrive by Christmas, no such luck it was only dispatched on 18/12/24.
