Promised a Gift Refused to Send It
We just placed two seperate orders for wedding rings. The sale promised a gift ring worth 195 to 6000 for each order. I ordered hers and she ordered mine so neither would know what the engraving said. We received the seperate orders and neither had the gift ring. I contacted the company and they said we did not order the gift. Now I can understand if one of us made a mistake, but both of us? I love our rings. They were on time. They are great. But to tell us we messed up and tough. I would not advise doing business with this company. They are not customer centric. Would have given the 5 stars but when they blame me for an issue they have? Nope, 1 star.
