Ricky Powell at Allegiance Gold has to…
Ricky Powell at Allegiance Gold has to be the nicest, most patient administrator at the company. He is always willing to take the time to get you what you want and need. Allegiance Gold has also been a superior company to work with regarding my precious metals. Thank you, Ricky, and thank you, Allegiance Gold.

Terrible with service and technicians.
Their workers who answer the phone don't know what they are doing; they cancel appointments without letting you know, then they come up with a lame ass excuse for not fixing a problem because it will cost them some money. One specific technician came out 4 times and replaced the relay switch and then said it was the compressor. That was a load of crap because it works on and off now.
