Worst company do not use. Absolutely nil customer service. My daughter has spent all day trying to rebook flights we had to cancel due to a bereavement. We were given credits. After spending 7 hours and being passed between at least 12 people she has been told over the day these various senarios. She cannot use the credits for a different flight to that booked, contrary to information from the actual airline. She cannot receive a refund for the flights, again contrary to information from the actual airline, and to top it all if she wants to use her flight credits she will be charged £469 to do so. Sonething which has never been mentioned over the many months this discussion has gone on. They are just a bunch of crooks. Do not use them. Also be aware there is an ANONYMOUS 5 star review on here. I don't believe for one minute it is genuine! Keep away from this company! Further to their standard reply my daughter did email and got We were right and that's all we are going to do about it. Don't waste your time with this apology if a company, go direct to the airline.
