Porteo offers excellent service. They are always willing to answer any questions. Their delivery is remarkably swift. Porteo uses FedEx to bring items to Canada. My mistake was not knowing I could cover the Customs and Duties prior to delivery. I consider this is another plus for Porteo for using FedEx to assist Canadian clients.
