First order was good second bad
First order was good. Second order they sent me 2 wrong items and were missing 3 items of the 4 pack I bought. When I first wrote them they offered a 20 percent coupon and said that I was only missing 2 of my order. I said no I want my missing 5 items. They wrote back saying they will send the 2 items and that it will take a couple weeks as they are waiting for them to be ready to be sent (that's why they sent Similar items instead without asking me) I pushed back saying the item I order was a 4 pack and underlined 4 pack on my order, they wrote back saying what I selected was just one item. On their site it says 4 pack, and then shows individual picutres which is normal and each picture says 4 pack. Apparently only the first option showing all 4 is a 4 pack and the rest are individual. Which doesn't make sense. I hope they send me my full order, if they do I will upgrade the stars to reflect I got what I paid for. I wrote them saying it's their sites fault not mine and they should change it so it doesn't fool others and they send me the remaining 3 as per my order. Attached is the website. And yes the amount does change but.. Their whole site does that? I'm in Canada and the money changes like 3 times.. Like keeps updating, Per view, so I didn't think anything of it. And yes you can view the individual ones to buy outside of the 4 pack link. Like they are optionas outside of this to link to buy. So why would I think this one had individual options as well.. Plus it says 4 pack on each one Esp when you put it in the cart.. As I was really carful when buying :/ It wouldn't let me add the link, it's the 4 pack poster, dragon reading, racoon with toilet paper, husky in the tub and Yoda on the toilet. Edit* after emailing back and forth, they agreed to send the 2, I ordered that they sent replacements for originally. They wouldn't agree to send the remaining 3 of the 4 pack I bought but did however offer to let me pay the difference of what I paid of the 4 pack on their site. I paid that difference and did not pay any shipping and I received everything today. Their website still has not been updated to show the difference of indivial pieces to a 4 pack they all say 4 pack on that listing...Oh well. Have edited my rating from a 1 to a 3.
