Complicated process. No sign of items after a month.
Ordered items a month ago. They have not even been shipped yet. The whole process has been really complicated and has taken such a long time now that I don't even really want the things any more. I paid the shipping fee 3 days ago (when the parcel was finally ready) but it is still showing as unpaid and the parcel has not left them. I can see the payment on my bank statement - it definitely went through. Not sure what to do now - I fear that I am not getting the items (I'm not paying the shipping again - £30) and I am afraid that I have lost my money (over £100) I wish I had never dealt with them. I will update this review if I have any "joy" with them this week but I am losing hope. Also, all these other reviews giving 5 stars look mighty suspicious to me. Update: 2 weeks on - no sign of my parcel although it has apparently finally shipped. Update: 6 weeks since I ordered, the parcel has arrived. Taken a long time and I reiterate that the buying process is unnecessarily complicated. Doubt I will order again although my son is pleased with the product.
