We invested significantly in a Leaf Home Water Solutions system and have been failed at every level of service. In the past week alone, we were stood up for three scheduled maintenance appointments — each requiring us to take time off work. No advance notice was given, and no accountability has been offered. When we requested a water analysis, we received only a screenshot with no name, address, or property information attached. We have no way to verify the results reflect our home's water quality. Rather than improving our water, the system has introduced problems we did not have before installation — including cloudiness, a sulfur odor, and severe hard water issues occurring regularly. Although first-year maintenance visits are promoted as complimentary, scheduling them has proven nearly impossible in practice. Frontline customer service cannot answer basic questions, and we have waited over a week simply to speak with a manager. We are a rural property with well water. Clean, reliable water is not a luxury — it is a necessity. This company took our money, made promises it has not kept, and left us with worse water quality than before. We are actively seeking resolution and will update this review if the situation changes. At this time, we cannot recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions to any homeowner. UPDATE — Issue Resolved After escalating my concerns publicly, Leaf Home Water Solutions sent a manager to our home who worked through the problem directly. Our water now meets EPA standards and the issues I described in my original review have been corrected. I am updating this review in the interest of fairness. My original complaints were accurate at the time of posting. The resolution required significant persistence on our part, but the company did ultimately make it right
