Do not buy from this company. They do not respect the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. I ordered a size 7.5 UK shoe and they delivered a smaller size and will now not pay for the return, a clear breach of contract under UK law. I will remind them of their legal obligations and pursue a charge back via my bank
Ordered WolfPaw - Barefoot Shoes × 1 Black / UK 7.5. What turned up is EU 40 which is more like UK 6.5. About to find out how good or not customer service is. Update: Hobibear has responded and offered: We suggest that you keep this pair of shoes, perhaps resell them or give them as gifts to friends. As compensation, we will refund the 15% discount amount of your current shoes and provide you with a 20% discount coupon for your next order. What is this nonsense? I either want a full refund or the shoes in the size I ordered
