Do NOT buy a 3D printer from Artillery
We have now purchase 4 3D printers from Artillery, they have proven to be totally unable to communicate, satisfy and deliver an even average level of customer service/product. We had issues with both the x3 Pro and Plus, we paid extra to return a X3 Plus that simply didn't function properly and upgraded to X4 (2 of them) which to date seem to be consistently working properly, but I have no faith in Artillery or their product line long term. We had to order replacement parts on Brand NEW machines to keep them working properly. We are nice by leaving 2 stars, and this is only because to date our 2 X4's have been working properly. As us in the 3D community realize, Customer Service along with a fine product is the key, Artillery is not the company for that. Have been happy with Creality printers and are going to get Creality's newest model and Prusa's MK4, as both of those companies have both nice products and excellent service. DO NOT BUY ARTILLERY, unless you like cheap, lack of care, communication and below average. You get what you pay for should be their mission statement.
