Don't expect to receive what you see on website
I placed my order for 4 items before reading the reviews, being very enthusiastic when seeing the photos. I wanted to change immediately, in the next hour, the size of one item but nobody was answering to my repeated emails and messages, so the item has been sent with wrong size. After one week I received an email with excuses for not reading my messages in time and an offer of discount or free shipment for a next delivery which I somehow appreciate. Overall I don't think to repeat the experience, because: -no communication at all, no answers on messenger, late answer on e-mail, no working tracking -cheapest products with lower quality then presented on the site, with no label assuming the fabric or the maintenance and no guarantee of being silk or linen or cashmere as presented only online -additional impressive cost for Europe: 43% for import taxes, VAT and DHL commission (in Romania), with no clear warning about it However I had no delay in receiving all the goods I have ordered.
