I got a fantastic product at a great price
I got a fantastic product at a great price. (I couldn't have stomached buying it at the higher UK price). The delivery was fast enough and the two times I used the help system, they responded intelligently within 24 hours. However, they really need to get some auto update mechanism for the 'process tracking' part of their website, because it doesn't get updated at all till the product is delivered, and that is very worrying. Honestly, it would be better to shut that page down completely, and have no tracking at all, than to have tracking which is not updated so just leaves you worried about where your money has gone. Maybe they are just rushed off their feet, or under-staffed or whatever, but they should either keep that tracking page updated, or shut it down completely!
