return shipping cost prohibative
I bought several items from this company. The quality was good. They also responded to my request to return one item. The problem is that the cost of return was greater than the cost of the item so returning is not really an option. They should make customers aware of that in the description section of the item. Secondly, the last 2 items I received arrived damp, even though they were inside a zippered plastic bag. ?? Strange.
