My recent order was faulty when I received it. I called Geekvape and received excellent customer service. They explained what the likely problem was and resolved the issue quickly. I received a replacement the following day and a prepaid envelope to return the faulty item. I was extremely impressed with their product knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend Geekvape.
I ordered 5 items - 3 caddies, 1 tea brush and 1 tea pet. I received the caddies and brush and I am happy with them. However, I have yet to receive the tea pet, which cost £19.95. In the 2 months since I placed my order, I have emailed Umi Tea Sets several times but have not received a reply, not even an automated one. I have written off the cost of the tea pet as I don’t expect to get any response from the vendor at this point. I would like to warn other potential customers that if you have a problem with your order, prepare to be stonewalled and lose your money.
