DISAPPOINTING FIRST ORDER EXPERIENCE
After reading positive reviews about Goelia and deciding to buy "less" clothing but of better quality in the future, I decided to take the plunge and place my first order with them. Goelia provide quite a few of the Influencers I follow on YouTube with several "gifted" items for them to promote on their behalf. I was a little unsure of the sizing (being a company producing garments abroad) and followed the advice of the trusted Influencer I follow when she advised me to order a Medium as the garments come up big. Both items arrived and they are stunning, but not the "larger" size I was expecting and do not look right as they are too small. I'm so upset, more so because I have spent £155 of my hard earned money and despite 3 seperate emails to their customer service team, I have not had the courtesy of an acknowledgement or a reply. I am considering contacting Paypal for assistance and have lost confidence in dealing with Goelia again.
