What an utterly appalling group of people. Client service? Forget it, you'll be ignored, circlejerked, lied to and fed AI responses. They flag music for copyright infringements and decline tracks for utterly ridiculous things, lie through their teeth about how or why it's working the way it is, then slam the tickets shut on your hands when you try to have a conversation about how and why. I cannot stress this enough: as an independent artist, DO NOT use Soundon. They are belligerent, ignorant clowns. They also take the rights to your music from you, by the way, its written in the T's and C's.
