Awfull company
Awfull company, stay away! I had contact in 2 occassions with ONE customer representative who was wonderful, because probably that was the way he is as a person. But other than that, the company kept me without internet for more than 15 days, completely ignoring an attemps of fixing the service in multiple calls. Other than the person mentioned above, the CS representatives were terribly rude and unhelpful. This company should dissapear and I am sur it will because they've earned it.
