Unacceptable and unlawful customer service
54 days and still waiting for a refund for a mobile phone that was never delivered. The seller is using excuses and bad English that make no sense and is lying about not having received the package from Dhl despite the tracking proof. He does not respect the EU law as a british registered company and asked me several times to "give me a solution" after i have canceled the PAYPAL dispute. Thank god for paypal and even then i have to wait weeks to get my money back.
