Misleading
My shopping experience was fine but I think Splash Super Center is misleading. On their Web site they posted free shipping but when I went to check out they charged me an $8 handling fee. Isn't that the same thing? What's the difference between shipping and handling fee? Very deceiving. Watch out for hidden fees.
