I was extremely disappointed that I didn’t receive my ornament.
I was extremely disappointed that I ordered my ornament for Christmas on December 7th and it isn’t arriving on time. When I ordered it I was assured it would be here in time. It’s in Miami. I am in Wisconsin. I cannot leave a review on the ornament, obviously, but I hope the quality of the ornament is better than your customer service. I don’t want to be rude, but a promise is a promise. Especially at Christmas time.
