Based on their reply I have lowered this from 2 to 1 stars as their reply shows that they have no integrity. For being on Trust Pilot and having them response from a PR perspective, it is interesting how untrustworthy the company actually is Unless US Mobile is referring to chat that continued over email where they stated "The system only allows the $199 promotional rate to be applied when activating a new line or porting a new line into US Mobile; it cannot be overridden for an existing line."; then they have not emailed me like they said. Original: While I initially loved US Mobile for their pricing & great service ~2 years ago when I started using them, they have steely declined in customer service. They service & organization only seems, based on actions, to care about new customers. Once you are a customer, you are told that you care, but new customer will get all the best service & offers Since every company wants new customers, US Mobile is no longer a company to keep your business with
