Lumen is a NO go!
First the company advertised that you can test and measure and lose weight. You measure 2x a day once in morning which is fine but the other is before bed which is absolutely not helpful. The formula is basically old school carb cycle nothing new. The company and the app is not user friendly and it is basically a money grab and a scam for profit because they have a NO refund once you try it. So I would suggest that you read the reviews, the real ones and not the advertisements. It sad they they promote healthy lifestyle and this product but you can even try it for 30 days. Sad to say but I wasted a lot of money on this. Hope this helps.
