If I could give zero I would. Absolutely furious, I'm locked out of my documents for days now on my Mac, not because I'm refusing to pay their ransom fee, I've done all of that, paid and wasted hours trying to activate, but because they obviously aren't prepared for the volume of people having to pay and create accounts or face no ability to use the documents they created on previous paid for subscriptions. They just keep posting an error message on the site saying they have issues. Then give me back my £156 or give me free access to my own documents (that I've already paid historic licences for) until you resolve your own issues. I can't work, you are costing me money and I can't get hold of a human who can actually tell me how long this nightmare will go on, and if there are any workarounds I'm missing because I'm IT literate but not an IT consultant. Please can someone from your customer service contact me.
