It is now FOUR MONTHS since I returned my purchase to China for a refund and Lacemade have fobbed me off ever since. Still waiting for this awful company to give me the refund which they legally should have made months ago. My advice is NEVER NUY ANYTHING FROM LACEMADE as their clothing is too small, poor quality and their customer service is abysmal.
I bought a dress from Lacemade for my daughters school prom. The size was too small as their sizing guide is wrong. I returned the item at some considerable postage cost, following their instructions to the letter, but have heard nothing from them since they received the item in China over a month ago. Do not buy anything from this company as the sizing is unhelpful, the quality is not good and their customer service is non-existent. TUESDAY 6TH MAY UPDATE I emailed Lacemade immediately after their reply to this review and have not heard anything back from them since (oh, what a surprise!!) despite their claim that they would "prioritise" my query.
