Not the best online shopping experience
Update: I've got an update regarding the archive bundle which consists of 3 identical dresses. Was told that I will be sent 2 replacement dresses. When I finally received the parcel, it was a dress(which I already have) and a skirt, both in wrong sizes. I'm a size S but was sent L. When I emailed, I was told that they have sent me another 2 dresses in the correct size. I am not sure if I am really getting dresses, since the first replacement parcel didn't consist of 2 dresses. Shall update again when I receive the correct size. Another update: I received the bundle with 2 items (the other bundle was 3 items). Guess what? I received two tops that are the SAME but different colours, and it costs only $37 each (and now they are at 45% off on their website, so basically I got $48 worth of items). I paid $89 for the bundle. When I emailed, they say since I have gotten 2 tops that are different in colours, they will not refund or exchange the items. And I couldn't raise for a chargeback cause it has been more than 45 days since.
