Don’t expect classpass to help out if you get sick/injured
Classpass is great as long as you are healthy and can use all the credits or more. But they will deny you a refund as soon as you’ve used one credit from your monthly reload, even if you have a medical reason to cancel. I wonder how much money they make on people being injured and forced to cancel and never seeing that prepaid money back. Pretty bad practices if you ask me. And that goes without even focusing on the fact I was offered more credit next month after telling the agent (real human) I need to cancel because I am about to have a baby and was told by my care provider I need full rest starting immediately.
