I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rotimatic, not because the machine developed a fault, but because of the complete lack of customer support afterwards. My Rotimatic has not been functioning properly, and over the past several months I have made multiple attempts to contact their technical support team through the available channels. Despite repeated requests for assistance, I have been unable to obtain any meaningful support or resolution. When you invest in a premium appliance, you expect not only a quality product but also reliable after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. The lack of responsiveness and accountability has seriously undermined my trust in the company. As a customer, I feel completely let down. A company should be judged not only by the products it sells but also by how it supports its customers when things go wrong. In my case, Rotimatic has failed on that front. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service and technical support. Until then, I would advise prospective buyers to carefully consider whether they are comfortable purchasing an expensive product from a company that appears to be so difficult to contact when support is needed.
